Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the companys sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys customer base.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Account Management:
Handle key accounts and maintain strong relationships with major clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss future business opportunities.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to win new business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior sales staff, providing training and support as needed.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
