Job Description
- Aid in sales, lead generation and conversions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and sales forecasts.
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Assist in managing client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
