Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Manage online campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM) to drive traffic and generate leads
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Innovate and experiment with new digital marketing techniques and technologies
- Ensure the digital marketing team s compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and team leadership
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Previous experience managing a team and leading digital marketing projects
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Proficient with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work across various time zones and coordinate with teams remotely
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Work from office
- Expected to coordinate with NY headquarters on US Eastern Time as needed
