We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR department to work from office. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 months of experience in HR or related field and will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Handling general administrative tasks as needed
Proficiency in creating compelling presentations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills and requirements:
Keen interest in leveraging AI to optimize HR processes and enhance decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Google sheets and Google docs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
