Urgent Hiring For Inventory Executive/ Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive / Accountant to manage the bookkeeping and online record tracking for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the timely updating of stock levels, managing stock movement, and coordinating with other departments to optimize inventory processes.

Inventory Executive/ Accountant (Night Shift KPO)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience 0 - 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate records of stock, including raw materials, finished goods, and other warehouse supplies, in both physical and digital formats.
• Ensure all inventory transactions (receiving, shipping, returns, adjustments, etc.) are accurately recorded and documented in the company's bookkeeping system.
• Regularly update and track inventory in the online record management system or software (e.g., ERP, Excel, Warehouse Management System).
• Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping activities.
• Assist with managing and tracking accounts payable and receivable.
• Help in preparing budgets and forecasting financials.
• Assist in preparing and processing payroll.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining accounting files.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, standards, and internal policies.
