1. Give Demonstration, training and presentation to help clients discover and understand Products/Services our company is into.
2. Preparing tenders, proposals and quotation on requirement.
3. Looking for the new ongoing Commercial and Industrial Projects in PCM and PMRD and MIDC by visiting Architect/ MEP Consultants / Industrial owners / Project Head.
4. Organizing Sales Visits and meetings to identifying potential customers & approach them to find out the requirement to establish new business.
5. Generating high quality Sales leads and follow up initial meeting till finalization.
6. Set and achieve sales goals and quotations on monthly and quarterly basis.
7. Ensuring Order closure along Following of Payment during progress in work.
8. Review the BOQ & Cost along with the Estimation team before sending the quote to client.
9. Ensuring to get the provision NOC and drawings from the Site or the owner office from the Purchase team or Project manager.
10. Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
11. Create new sales and market strategies to target B2B /B2C customers.
12. Liaising with the existing clients. Attending Conference and Meetings.
13. Learn Technical details regarding to clear client queries so that can provide right solution to win the client trust and provide good deal to client.
14. Proficient knowledge of Fire Detection & Extinguishing systems.
15. Association with MEP Consultant / Architect / Fire consultant.
16. Having Knowledge about hydrant system, Sprinkler system Gas flooding system Aerosol system and FAS System

Education:-
Bachelors of Engineering, Diploma, MBA
Experience:-
7-10 Year with Fire system integrator
