Essential Job Functions:

• Manage all client audit requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that audit requests are handled in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure that all audit findings are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
• Communicate audit results and findings to clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement best practices for managing client audits and ensure that all audit processes are in compliance with contractual obligations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance the audit process
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in a risk management or compliance role, preferably within an audit or professional services firm
• Entry level learning with basic competency in following documented SOP and processes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preparing reports (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of IT Risk Management and Compliance preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders as well as provide clear advise and guidance on policies, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to manage a high volume of audit requests from multiple clients simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Enhanced knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding GLBA, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), FDIC, SEC, as well as state privacy laws such as CCPA and 23 NYCRR 500 preferred

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
