Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and ledger postings accurately and efficiently.
  
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  
• Verify invoices against purchase orders or contracts before processing payment.
  
• Maintain general accounting principles, including GST compliance.
