Position: Medical Billing ( Voice Process )

Location: Andheri East, Chandivali

Qualifications: Graduation or HSC {Mandatory 6 Month of Experience}

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Hours: US Shift (24/7) Rotational 9 hours

Working days: 5 days ( 2 rotational weekly off )

Responsibility:

- Answering queries and concerns about a company's products or services.

- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.

- Tracking customer service metrics.

- Delivering information about a company's products and services.

Key Skills:

~ Fluent in English communication skills.

~ Good at computer skill.

~Ready to work in the night shift.

~Ready to work in Voice Process
