Enterprise Operations Center Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of our core Enterprise Operations Center that supports and maintain critical Infrastructure services. You will be responsible in ensuring the availability of critical Infrastructure services that hosts revenue generating Products and Business applications. You will collaborate with respective platform L2/L3 SREs to improve and stabilize the services. You will engage with cross functional teams to strengthen the services through effective monitoring and observability. You would also coordinate with respective platform teams on Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues. Being a Senior SRE you will be a person who brings innovative ideas, demonstrates value, and enjoys collaborating with cross functional teams to provide best of the services and positive user experience at every interaction.
