Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 5-6 years.

Age: 30 years - 35 years.

Work Timings : 10AM - 6PM.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Pimpri, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Civil Engineering with hands-on experience in site management and construction activities. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring the project progresses efficiently and within the specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring work is being carried out as per the approved drawings and specifications.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the materials and workmanship meet the quality standards set by the project specifications and relevant codes.
• Project Management Support: Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that construction activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Material Management: Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials on-site. Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers and staff.
• Team Coordination: Lead and supervise a team of workers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the work being performed, ensuring that all tasks are executed according to the approved plans and drawings.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, record progress, and document any issues or changes that may arise.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may occur on-site, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth project flow.
• Liaison with Clients: Act as a point of contact for clients, updating them on the project's progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in site management and construction.
• A Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
