Plan, organize, and manage workshops, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement activities to ensure successful project implementation.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external collaborators to maintain alignment on project goals and progress.
Collaborate with the Scientist to prepare and submit detailed quarterly progress reports, including data analysis, summaries, and action plans.
Design and execute dissemination activities, including the development of communication materials such as reports, presentations, newsletters, and social media updates to share project outcomes with relevant audiences.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed within designated timeframes and milestones are achieved.
Oversee the logistics of project-related events, including venue arrangements, participant coordination, and resource allocation.
Monitor project expenditures and maintain budgetary controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
Support the team in data collection, management, and documentation processes to uphold research integrity and compliance with protocols.
Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, community members, and partners to enhance project impact and outreach.
Provide periodic updates to the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator, and other leadership team members regarding project status, challenges, and potential solutions.
Identify risks or challenges in project execution and propose effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator, or Scientist to contribute to the overall success of the research project.
Qualifications and Experience : Research Fellow
Conduct comprehensive reviews of maternal nutrition policies in South Asian countries to inform the research framework.
Visit designated community areas to administer qualitative and quantitative questionnaires, ensuring accurate data collection.
Facilitate blood sample collection in the field by coordinating with relevant teams and participants.
Oversee subject recruitment processes, including sharing patient information, obtaining informed consent, and managing subject movement through clinical evaluations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all research activities, including participant data and field observations, and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for investigators.
Perform in-home assessments of participants, collecting relevant data and observations in line with research protocols.
Collaborate closely with investigators and team members to ensure the seamless execution of fieldwork and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Identify and address challenges in field activities, proposing solutions to maintain project quality and timelines.
Support community engagement efforts to enhance participant understanding and involvement in the research process.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator or research leadership to contribute to project success.
