General Tasks

• Coordinate with stakeholders for training requirements.
• Plan, design and conduct sessions which includes both process and soft skills trainings.

Specific responsibility / day to day activities

• Needs Assessment Identify Training needs of employees.
• Design Training content Create Training manuals/ learning programs which includes both process and soft skills trainings
• Training Delivery Conduct employees training, motivate and guide employees to maximize their efficiency, their abilities.
• Evaluate results Post Training completion to ensure the objectives have been met.
• Administration
  • Manage Training programs. Evaluate Training out comes, maintain records of trainees progress and achievements.
  • Monitor training costs against budgets and ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Take independent responsibility for training deliverables across all locations and suppliers in India

Job Specifications

• The candidate must hold a graduate degree with a minimum 10 to 12 years of a relevant experience.
• Additional training certifications are desirable.
• Ability to communicate articulately, clearly concisely, verbal as well as written.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively as a team.
