Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Job Responsibilities of Front Office Executive (Receptionist):

• OPD & IPD patient workflow management
• Aligning patient appointments & follow up
• Patient registration in the software & create OPD file in the first visit
• Ensure waiting time of patients is managed well
• Collect payments timely from all patients as applicable for the packages opted
• Generate bills and maintain collection report
• Coordination with local vendors & pathlab regarding material & reports
• Petty cash handling. Ensure to take approvals for all transactions
• Cash flow management in tally software
• Coordination with corporate finance team
