Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Domestic (India) End-End IT Recruitment.
• Experience with Job Portals/Mailing & Other social media.
• Should have Experience in Sourcing and only in Domestic IT.
• Experience in C2H Staffing.
• Using job portals and social networking sites as sources to find profiles.
• Planning interviews and salary negotiations.

Skills Required:

• Should have experience in working with clients.
• Need solid practical knowledge of permanent recruiting, contracts, and C2H.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Must have at least six months of experience in Domestic IT recruiter job hiring.
