Key Responsibilities:.

ThoughtSpot Expertise:.

- Develop and maintain complex analytical models and reports using ThoughtSpot.

- Ensure the delivery of actionable insights and interactive dashboards to stakeholders.

Business Intelligence:.

- Perform classic BI tasks such as data modeling, ETL processes, and report generation.

- Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions.

Requirement Gathering:.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Data Integration:.

- Integrate data from multiple sources, particularly Databricks and AWS, into a cohesive analytical environment.

Data Analysis:.

- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Provide recommendations based on data-driven findings.

Performance Optimization:.

- Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Training and Support:.

- Provide training and support to business users on ThoughtSpot and other BI tools.

- Develop documentation and user guides.

Collaboration:.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Data Engineering, and Business Units, to deliver comprehensive BI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:.

Educational Background:.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

- Proven experience with ThoughtSpot is required.

Technical Skills:.

- Proficiency in ThoughtSpot for data visualization and dashboard creation.

- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience with Databricks for data engineering and integration.

- Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Athena for data storage and processing.

Analytical Skills:.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
