• Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
• Strong Knowledge of ISO layers.
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills.
• Installed, supported, and maintained Microsoft operating systems like Windows 10 and above.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining Linux systems and thin clients.
• Manage Users access to the network and permissions by users to change their computers.
• Remove computer viruses, spyware and other malicious applications from computers.
• Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot district physical and virtual server infrastructure.
• Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot district Windows/Apple Desktop environment.
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows software deployments.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, and WAN connectivity issues.
• Install Computers, Wireless devices, Printers or other network connections and Applications.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients and printers.
• Configuring ADS and related group policy.
• Configuring Windows DNS and DHCP.
• Performing system performance tuning, space management, user Management and security management.
• Configuring and maintenance of NAS/SAN.
• Configuring Outlook/Outlook Express.
• Configuring video call setup for Skype, Zoom, and others.
• Command-level administration.
• Basic spyware removal experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Good Understanding with Routers, Switching, DNS, Hardware & Software Firewalls.
• Experience managing Windows Server Active Directory 2012 R2.
• Understanding of server architecture, applications and security.
• Troubleshoot system and user problems.
• Knowledge of and understanding of basic networking like DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, IP addresses, Active Directory, Group Policy and User Profiles.
• Experience in Linux and MacBook system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Apache, Nginx & MySQL.
• Basic knowledge of Git.
