Utilize expertise in the CS module to implement and manage service-related processes such as service order management, warranties, and repair processing.
Ensure effective integration between SAP SD and CS modules for end-to-end service delivery.
Customize the SAP CS module to cater to client-specific service management requirements.
Support service management processes, including equipment master data, service contracts, and maintenance planning.
