- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Development tools - Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Application Package, and Component Interface, Workflow Technology (Approval Workflow Engine), File layout, Integration Broker and Web services.

- Strong PeopleSoft experience in Analysis, Technical Development, Customization, Upgrade, Implementation, Conversions, QA Testing and Production Support of PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM.

- Specialized in Data Extraction Interfaces and Conversion from legacy and third party systems to PeopleSoft applications using SQR programs and Application Engine.

- Strong PeopleSoft experience in Account Payable, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Purchase Order, eProcurement, Billing.

- Very good exposure in Implementation, Support, Maintenance and Upgrade projects for IT, Business, Public sector, Health & Transportation industries.

- Strong PeopleSoft analytical experience in Core HR, Payroll, Payroll Interface, Time and Labor, Employee Self-Services (ESS), Manager Self-Services (MSS), Benefits.

- Expertise in Application Designer, People Code, People Tools, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout, Application Packages, Application Messaging, Integration Broker, Workflow, Process Scheduler, Data Mover and Reporting tools like XML Publisher, SQR, Crystal Reports, PS Query.

- Well versed with project development life cycle, System Business Process Analysis, Requirements Study, Fit-Gap Analysis and Post-Implementation support.

- Proficient with PeopleSoft HCM database and PIA. Very sound RDBMS concepts and good database programming experience.

- Excellent Documentation skills in the creation of Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts and Detailed Design Documents.

- Organizational PeopleSoft Support to end-users as well as development team during and after the implementation of the project.

- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
