ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Responsible for conducting GRT (Group Recognition Test) and verifying client house location and their business as per company policy
2. Conduct an assessment of the centre members on their understanding and agreement to the loan terms & conditions and specifically the group guarantee and joint liability as per
3. Responsible for disbursing loans to Sindhuja customers as per defined loan disbursement process in presence of the client, respective guarantor and other centre members
4. Verify client and guarantor KYC and ensure their physical presence at the time of loan disbursement
5. Brief the centre members & the respective guarantors on the loan terms & conditions, repayment schedule and the group guarantee
6. Post the disbursement on online loan system
7. Conduct loan utilization
8. Post collection in system within defined timeline after verification from CDS
9. Ensure proper branch maintenance as per protocol and adherence to branch residency norms.
10. Conduct regular center visits with the purpose of verification of process and policy implementation
11. Conduct daily branch meetings and training for staff
12. Share daily visit plan with the team and guide in case of any issues
13. Visit OD client and ensure EMI recovery
14. Responsible for maintaining files and registers
15. Handling and safe custody of cash held at the branches and during authorized transit
16. Provide full cooperation to auditor at the time of audit
17. Track branch performance and metrics
18. Ensuring the own team recruitment as per recruitment budget, employee training, mentoring, performance management, handling staff-related issues and maintaining positive employee relations.
19. Ensure compliance with company policies related to HR matters at the branch level.
20. Any other work related to job assigned from time to time.
