Project Management: Planning and managing electrical projects from start to finish, including coordinating resources, setting project timelines, and ensuring project completion within budget

Team Supervision: Leading and supervising a team of electricians, apprentices, and laborers

Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring work progress

Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all electrical work is carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations

Conducting safety meetings and addressing safety concerns promptly

Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of electrical installations, ensuring that work meets industry standards, specifications, and codes

Conducting quality inspections and addressing any deficiencies

Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide installations and troubleshoot issues

Material Management: Ordering and managing electrical materials and supplies needed for projects, ensuring proper inventory control and cost management

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems or malfunctions on job sites, collaborating with team members to find solutions
