Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales, preferably selling learning, HR, e-learning solutions to corporates, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to create and implement effective Sales strategies to generate leads and achieve the said targets.
So, What do we expect from you?
1. Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets of the company
2. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve the sales targets and expand companies customer base
3. Visit existing & potential clients and create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
7. Recruit the right talent for the sales team, orient and train them.
8. Monitor sales team performance and motivate them to achieve results.
9. Report sales performance regularly to management in the form of MIS / Dashboards.
10. Closely work with the Marketing team for Lead Generation & Lead Conversion
11. Should have a good work-from-home setup for customer presentations/meetings etc
Requirements:
1. A graduate/postgraduate in any field with an age below 30 years.
2. Experience of 4-6 years in B2B Sales, preferably selling Corporate Training/Learning/e-Learning, and HR Solutions to Corporates.
3. A Highly energetic and action-oriented individual with a willingness to travel all across India.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for interacting with team members and influencing clients/strategic partners at the senior level.
5. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
