Junior level Designer

Simran Export Inc. is looking for a Junior Level Designer with a creative mind and a passion for design. The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging design and visual communication, and be adept at working with design software. Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging Design:
• Design premium packaging for incense products, ensuring designs reflect international market trends and cultural preferences.
• Work on creating visually appealing packaging that enhances product appeal and aligns with the brand identity.
• Marketing Materials Creation:
• Develop marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, social media graphics, and promotional content, to support brand promotion and product launches.
• Design digital content to increase visibility and engagement on various platforms.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the Sales Merchandiser team to understand product details, marketing objectives, and branding requirements.
• Create renderings, mockups, and barcode designs tailored to buyer specifications and client needs.
• Trend Research & Innovation:
• Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and best practices in the fragrance and export industry.
• Implement creative and original design concepts that align with evolving market demands.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistent application of the companys branding guidelines across all design projects and marketing materials.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring the final products meet high-quality standards and expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 6 years of design experience, preferably in packaging design for consumer goods or the export industry.
• Experience in creating visual content for marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Personal Attributes:
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for design and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Open to constructive feedback and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international clients and internal teams.

Desired Profile:

• The candidate should be in their late 20s to early 40s, with experience in the export business or related industries.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Work Location: Mangolpuri Industrial Area, New Delhi.
