Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems and enhance product capabilities.

- Work with large datasets to train, validate, and optimize ML/AI models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.

- Research and implement advanced algorithms in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Conduct regular evaluations of model performance, identify potential areas for improvement, and iterate accordingly.

- Document processes, model architectures, and testing strategies to ensure reproducibility and scalability.

Requirements :

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or MATLAB, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Familiarity with data manipulation and processing libraries, including Pandas and NumPy.

- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with the ability to apply them in optimizing ML models.

- Basic understanding of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Knowledge of deployment frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
