Project Manager INFRA

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget baselines, and risk assessments.
Project Execution: Manage project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and tracking progress against milestones.
Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Budget Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance meets project requirements.
Project Closure: Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-project reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
