You will :

We are seeking a meticulous Testing/Quality Control to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our websites and mobile applications through thorough testing and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to identify issues early in the development process, ensuring a seamless user experience.

To be successful, you will be expected to :

- Have Proven experience as a or similar role in software system testing.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and practices.

- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts

- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) & STLC (Software Test Life Cycle)

- Plan & Perform White Box/Grey Box Testing & Black Box Testing.

- Plan Functional & Non-Functional Testing

- Have knowledge of API Testing - Rest, GraphQL, Soap UI (Manual & Automation).

- Execute all QA tests on backend SW modules as planned and documented. Report, review &

publish results.

- Hands on experience on Performance Testing & Load testing

- Have a Deep understanding of VAPT & Security protocols

- Perform UI testing for Web and Mobile App.

- Hands on Experience in Android Studio & Xcode.

- Design and create test scripts to address areas such as database impact, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability

- Report/manage closure of outstanding issues through appropriate issue management channels like JiRA

- Identify scope of testing, prepare test plans/test cases, develop appropriate test scripts and

execute the tests before presenting clearly documented test reports

- Participate in code reviews, prepare and review unit test plans and reports, test compliance to coding standards & security features

- Execute test cases to evaluate code quality, performance & scalability to optimize performance of mobile/web applications

- Carry out regression testing of SW releases to verify bug fix/patch

- Verify Implementation of authentication, authorisation, security & notification microservices & Asynchronous communication

- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g.,

Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab).

You must have :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

- 7-10 years of experience in SW QA & testing

- Demonstrated experience in QA/testing of backend SW for for mobile/web applications including but not limited to integration of user features, Database management, setting up asynchronous communication and implementation of authorization and authentication frameworks

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing and deployment environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) for hosting and testing website and mobile app solutions

- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for website and mobile app deployment.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments for website and mobile app projects.

- Familiarity with VAPT methodologies, tools, and frameworks specifically applicable to website and mobile app security testing.

- Understanding of common vulnerabilities and exposure (CVE) databases for identifying known security issues in website and mobile app solutions.

- Knowledge of security testing techniques specific to websites and mobile apps, including threat modeling, risk analysis, and secure code review.

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and common security vulnerabilities, such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and insecure data storage.

- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks applicable to website and mobile app development, such as OWASP Top 10, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001.

- Expert knowledge in Blackbox testing, Whitebox testing, API, GraphQ

- Working knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

- Proven experience in load testing using JMeter/Load-runner

- Very good Problem-solving, documentation & communication skills

- A passion for automotive electronics/eV and an awesome team-spirit Cucumber, JUnit, or TestNG for website and mobile app testing
