Job Description
- Lead full value chain delivery of BPaaS
- Contributing into standardization of B P aaS solution
- Drive transformation process and incorporate new ways of working
- I mplementing BPaaS projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain of BPaaS Service , including Solution Architects and Product Managers/Owners
- Improving and automating all processes along the BPaaS value chain (building, testing, deploying)
- Constantly learning and developing yourself and the team
What we value
To be able to quickly onboard into this role we expect you have the following competences:
- You have knowledge in Investment Operations area s (Securities, Trade Processing, Derivatives, Collateral, Reconciliation, Corporate actions, Cash and Fees)
- You have an experience in implementation projects
- You have an experience in project management / stream lead role
- You are a strong believer in standardization and best practice concepts
- You have transformation mindset
- You are ready to work in the remote team
- Curiosity and readiness to learn in-house tools and frameworks (Communication Server and DEX)
- Knowledge and experience in programming or/and testing , including JSON, XML/XSLT , SQL will be an advantage
