Job Description:
Roles responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Python C/C++ based applications and tools for Pallet SDK.
- Architect robust Docker-based solutions
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive improvements in software quality and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in Python and C/C++ programming and software development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire team members.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in software engineering practices.
Good to have:
- Deep expertise in Docker containers, container orchestration (e.g Kubernetes, Fargate, ECS), and cloud-native technologies
- Proven proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
- Experience with GStreamer pipelines for multimedia processing is highly desirable.
