Senior Php Developer

We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer (Team Lead) to oversee a team of junior developers while actively contributing to the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, and SQL, along with leadership experience to guide and mentor a junior team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and performance in SQL/MySQL.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and security standards are followed.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in PHP development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Strong expertise in Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage development timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frontend technologies (Vue.js, React, or Livewire) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
