Job Description: Customer Success Manager


- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Insurance team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and driving customer retention and expansion.


- You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs and goals of each client and providing strategic guidance to maximise their value from our platform.

We aim at bringing together financial service providers and channel partners across the full breadth of industries, by accessing our standardized solutions through plug-and-play APIs. We enable companies to build the most consumer-friendly experiences by providing them with the tools they need to integrate a dynamic tech infrastructure into their platforms.


What You Will Do:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned Manufacturers, Distributor and Custodies, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.


- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.


- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and proactively provide strategic guidance and best practices to drive value and ensure success.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for clients.


- Drive client retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on clients' evolving needs and business goals.


- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients, outlining objectives, success metrics, and action plans.


- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.


- Monitor and analyse client usage data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


- Collaborate with the product management team to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature requests based on client feedback and market trends.


- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management and share insights and knowledge with the team.


Were looking for people who:


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.


- Understanding and experience of PMS/AIF and Fixed Deposit products


- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with enterprise-level clients.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.


- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.


- Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.


- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.


- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyses and interpret client usage data and metrics.


- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
