Senior DFT Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Design for Test (DFT) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and validating DFT methodologies in ASIC/SoC designs, ensuring testability and manufacturability from design to production.

🔹Design and integrate DFT architectures, including scan chains, boundary scan, BIST (Built-In Self-Test), and JTAG.
🔹Work closely with design teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT features.
🔹Collaborate with test Engineers to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
🔹Perform DFT verification through simulation and ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) to validate DFT structures.
🔹Develop scripts to automate DFT flows and improve efficiency in the design process.
