Front Office Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
  
• Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless room preparation and issue resolution.
  
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and communications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in front office management or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including guest handling, receptionist activities, telephone operating, and front desk duties.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse client needs effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
