Siiras is looking for Client Management Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact. Understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively address them. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional value-added services. Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand client accounts. Monitor client satisfaction levels and take appropriate actions to address any concerns or issues. Client Support and Issue Resolution: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Coordinate with internal teams, such as customer support, technical support, and product development, to ensure prompt resolution of client issues. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Training: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services. Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they fully understand and maximize the value of the products or services they have purchased. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on client performance, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels. Use data-driven insights to develop strategies for enhancing client engagement and driving customer success. Project Coordination: Assist in managing client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines. Keep clients informed of project progress, milestones, and potential risks. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and product development. Share client feedback and insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and improvements. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring effective communication and alignment. Industry and Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Conduct research on client industries and identify opportunities for business growth. Share relevant industry insights and market intelligence with clients to help them make informed decisions. Client Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively identify potential issues, and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention. Collaborate with the client management team to develop and execute customer success plans and engagement strategies. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks related to client management, such as maintaining client records, updating databases, and preparing client-related documentation.
