Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Expert with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. Proficiency in video editing tools is a key aspect of this role, as you will be creating and editing video content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified & Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media management.
• Worked with a B2B organization.
• Creative, out-of-box thinker, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team player.
