Role Overview:

- As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at CIFDAQ, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Performance: Analyse affiliate performance metrics and KPIs, leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

- Data analysis: Utilizing data analysis and reporting tools to track and optimize campaign performance.

- Manage and optimize: Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, including CPA, CPS, CPI, CPL, and coupon campaigns.

- Implement and monitor: Implement and monitor SDK integrations and tracking tools.

- Integrity: Conduct fraud analysis to ensure the integrity of affiliate programs.

- Tracking: Utilizing Google Tag Manager for tracking and optimization purposes.

- Improve: Continuously optimizing campaigns to enhance performance and improve conversion rates.

- Team player: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Brand, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Certification: Dgree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.

- Technical expertise: Expertise in driving affiliate program growth and revenue generation.

- Familiarity with: Digital marketing principles, with a focus on affiliate marketing strategies.

- Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and optimize campaign performance.

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Amplitude is a plus.
