- The below role is for our Bengaluru office.

About the Role:

- We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work on identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing data-driven recommendations for business improvements.

- The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently.

More specifically, you will:

- Engage with clients to understand their business context.

- Understand business processes and map the complete process in visual formats. Document requirements, creating detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

- Collaborate with development teams and key stakeholders ensuring clear communications and requirements gathering, and for UAT.

- Facilitate meeting, workshops and discussions to clarify and prioritize requirements and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in process analysis, business analysis or related.

- Adept at storyboarding and communication verbally and visually through tools and ppts.

- Proficient in data analysis tools Python, SQL, Excel, visualization, Alteryx etc.

- Knowledge of analytics and data science AI/ML space.

- Knowledge of data modelling, business systems - ERP, CRM etc is a plus.

- Knowledge of project management techniques, planning and tools is a plus.

Education & Desired Experience:

- 3 - 6 years of relevant Analytics, business experience with focus on problem solving and advanced analytics solutions.

- B.E, MBA or an Advanced degree in IT or Equivalent.
