Business Analyst - FinTech (3-6 yrs)

We are hiring for our Fintech Client for a Business Analyst position for the Bangalore location.

Your responsibilities would be :

- Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders in discussions to capture their needs and craft data-driven

solutions to conquer tough business challenges.

- Analysis & Insights: Use your SQL / Python skills to query, manipulate, and dissect data from an array of sources, databases, and data warehouses. Uncover trends, spot patterns, and unravel anomalies.

- Transform these revelations into actionable insights and drive our company forward.

- Storytelling: Become a master storyteller with data and build compelling narratives through dashboards, and visualizations.

- Data Quality: Safeguarding the sanctity of data through validation and quality checks.

- Scripting: Build connections between our analytics database and third-party systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.

- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with data modeling and database design.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.

- Previous experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, or healthcare.
