Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Resource Planner with proven expertise in Asana to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resource allocation, project planning, and optimizing team performance to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives. Your proficiency with Asana will play a crucial role in streamlining project management processes, improving collaboration, and achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Resource Planning and Management: Analyze resource needs across IT projects and allocate personnel, tools, and technology accordingly. Identify resource gaps and proactively address challenges to meet project requirements. Project Coordination: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules using Asana. Ensure all tasks and deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked for progress. Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and management. Optimize workflows and encourage collaboration using Asanas features. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor project performance and resource utilization through dashboards and reports in Asana. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on resource allocation, project timelines, and potential risks. Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance resource planning and project management practices. Provide training and guidance to team members on effectively using Asana. Requirements: Bachelors degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Resource Planner or Project Coordinator in an IT environment. Experience in using Asana for project management, including advanced features like task dependencies, templates, and reporting. Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Experience with other project management tools and integrations (e.g., Asana, MS Teams, Monday.com, Workday). Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud services.
