Job Description

Role & responsibilities -

1. Developing Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Planning Campaigns: Creating strategies to promote products or services using various digital channels like social media, SEO, email, PPC, and more.
  • Audience Research: Identifying the target audience and understanding their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Market Research: Analyzing competitors, trends, and consumer feedback to adjust strategies.

2. Content Creation and Management

  • Content Marketing: Creating engaging and valuable content such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, etc.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Ensuring content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Content Calendar: Planning and scheduling content across various platforms to maintain consistency.

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Platform Management: Managing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and creating platform-specific content.
  • Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from users to foster a positive brand image.
  • Paid Ads: Running and optimizing paid social media campaigns to target specific audiences.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • SEO: Implementing strategies to improve website traffic organically through keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • SEM: Managing paid search campaigns like Google Ads, ensuring proper targeting and ROI.

5. Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Google Ads/Facebook Ads: Creating and managing paid campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Allocating and optimizing ad spend to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Ad Creation: Designing ads that are compelling, clear, and aligned with campaign goals.

6. Analytics and Reporting

  • Data Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email analytics.
  • KPIs: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Reporting: Regularly reporting campaign results to management and making recommendations for improvement.

7. Branding and Online Presence Management

  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all digital marketing activities reflect the brands values and voice.
  • Reputation Management: Monitoring and responding to online reviews, mentions, and feedback to protect or enhance the brands reputation.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Developing innovative content and campaigns to engage the audience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, SEO, SEM, and analytics software.
  • Communication Skills: Crafting clear, concise, and compelling messages for various digital platforms.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
