Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential/commercial) to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and offline marketing initiatives (billboards, print media, brochures).
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and video content.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute lead-generation campaigns through online ads, email marketing, events, and real estate portals.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, customer surveys, and market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends in the real estate industry.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage events such as property expos, project launches, and customer meetups to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and measuring ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance through KPIs and analytics tools, optimizing strategies to maximize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, architects, and project managers to ensure marketing aligns with project timelines and sales objectives.

Offline Marketing:

  • Planning & budgeting for the best channel of marketing that can give maximum return on investment
  • e:g Hording, society activation, trade shows & promotions, exhibitions, TV add, print media, radio advertisement etc.
  • Coordinating with all above for deciding on the content, time, space & budget
  • Plan marketing calendar to include both ATL and BTL. Coordinate with the creative agency, advertising agency, internal technical team to write content, make presentation, make impressive articles, and advertise on Radio and other local channels to pull the customers.
  • Suggest best push strategies for the product by designing attractive offers, discounts, schemes etc.
  • Follow the festive calendar throughout the year and plan the advertising and offers accordingly to attract the customers.
  • Calculate and summarize the ROI on each marketing expense made and present it to the management and strategize the future spends accordingly.

Desired Skills

The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with overall business goals. Your role will be crucial in positioning the company as a market leader in the real estate sector.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
  • Proficiency in real estate marketing trends, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Experience with branding, public relations, and content marketing.
  • Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing is preferred.
