Name of Position : Industrial engineer

1.Job Objective :-
This is mainly required to carry out Industrial Engg .activities like Shop Layouts, Line Balancing Studies, Standard Work Charts for various shop operations. This will be central support for all the Plants at Pune Site.

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
Preparation of Standardized Work Sheets for Shop Operations.
Preparation & Revisions of shop layouts for Process flow Improvement.
manpower estimations for new & regular products.
Carrying Out Cycle Time, Line balancing Studies, Value stream mapping & Capacity sheets preparation.
Working out Material handling requirements & Hand-over to Operations Team for new Projects.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for Shop Operations.
Process digitalization through EPDM Software. Conducting Process audits, Process Validation studies.
Design of Trays, Trolleys and Other material handling devices.
Productivity Improvement Projects.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
B.E. Industrial Engg. with work experience of 5-6 years.
Candidate from Automotive / Engg. / Die-casting industries will be preferred.

4.Personal Characteristic :-
Good Communication & Written Skill.
Adaptable with learning Attitude.
Passionate towards Goal.

At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
