Name of Position : Deputy Manager - Process Engineer (Die casting)

1.Job Objective :-
Process Engineer (Die casting) - Identified 7 waste in system

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
. Process Design and Development & optimization
.TPM & IMS Integration drive through system.
. Continuous improvement through lean manufacturing & kaizen drive.
. Documentation, reporting, Standarization activity.
. Process monitoring & control.
. Safety & compliances.
. Collaboration & communication with CFT.
. Good trainer etc.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
Bachelor of Engineering -Min 5~8 Years of hands-on experience in High Pressure die casting.
Diploma in Engineering - Min 7~10 Years of hands-on experience in High Pressure die casting.
Important - Die casting knowledge (work in Manufacturing engineering) along with TPM & IMS implementation experience will have Preference.

4.Personal Characteristic :-
To be an Action Oriented.
Demonstrate good Leadership.
Should be Passionate.

Location:
At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
