Job Description
Key Areas of responsibility
- Production planning and execution based on sales forecast with focus on customer delivery
- Lean management in manufacturing and implementation of kaizen and 5S
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Ensure a safe and healthy work place and safe environment
- Use problem solving techniques to identify root cause and resolve technical issues
- Responsible to monitor and achieve target of KPIs like first pass yield, on time delivery, non conformance cost, inventory turn ratio
- MIS preparation and presentation to management including global stakeholders
Job knowledge, skills and experience
- Bachelor of Electronics/Mechanical engineering with 15-20 years experience in manufacturing. Experience in Medical Device manufacturing will be preferred
- Experience in manufacturing of Computed Tomogrpahy, X-ray systems or other Imaging Medical equipment
- Experience and know how of end to end supply chain management
- Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience in following SAP/ERP modules. production, material management, customer order management, inventory management, documentation management.
- Team and stakeholder management with good communication and interpersonal skills.
