• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Expertise in developing and deploying production-ready NLP models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of core NLP concepts, including recurrent neural networks (RNNs), gated recurrent units (GRUs), and sequence networks.
• Proficiency with NLP fundamentals like tokens, embeddings, and information retrieval techniques (eg, BM25).
• Proven experience with generative AI techniques and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and smaller LLMs into practical applications.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and a solid grasp of relevant NLP libraries.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI/ML workflows tailored for NLP applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions for NLP and generative AI challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices for NLP and generative AI workflows.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools to communicate NLP analysis and prediction results effectively.
• Experience with ETL processes and working with various text-based data formats.
• Familiarity with other programming languages like Rust or Java.
