Technology Professional

- PhD/master sdegree in computer science and from a reputed institute with grass-rootexperience of at least 8 years in solving sophisticated problems and drivingactionable insights.

- Hands-onexperience with one or more of the following is a must:

- Minimum6 years of experience working on Image processing, Computer vision and VideoAnalytics problems with a clear understanding and ability to implementalgorithms (especially deep learning algorithms)

- Provenhands-on experience in training deep convolutional and/or recurrent networksusing frameworks like Tensorflow, Caffe and PyTorch

- Hands-onexperience using OpenCV and OpenGL

- Experiencewith datasets such as Visual Genome for applications in image description

- Research,develop and prototype software technologies related to object detection,tracking, semantic segmentation, action recognition, 3D reconstruction, SLAM,Generative AI

- Optimizationtechniques and model compression for deployment on resource-constrainedhardware / edge devices

- Excitedto collaborate with team members from idea generation, prototyping throughproduction, present developed solutions and recommendations to businesspartners, and influence future technology roadmap and strategy of the portfolio

- Have rich experience in understanding and influencing technology choices andbuilding solutions to remove obstacles to adoption.

- Closely follow latest developments in artificial intelligence and be an early adopterof innovative trends/technologies

- Very energetic and willing to walk the extra mile for achieving targets and be anactive AI evangelist within and outside Siemens.

- Having an open attitude, dynamic, able to handle customers, streamline the technologyspectrum within the group, suggest right technologies for a problem at hand

- Ability to think top down starting from a customer problem & resolve righttechnology to solve the problems
