• Applydesign thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus onuser needs and business goals.
• Expertisein design user interfaces based on exploration of interaction design conceptsand refinement of design through an iterative process.
• Responsiblefor delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs todelivering concepts and prototypes to UI specifications for development.
• BestUtilization of industry design standards and practices to define and implementdesign criteria, design guidelines, and design specifications.
• Collaborateclosely with Project Lead, Project Manager and development team in planning,prioritizing, requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling,interaction design, and usability testing.
• Produceuser requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flowdiagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.

• Weneed a B.E/B. Tech graduate in any branch of engineering or in B. Des (anybranch of Design) with 10-12 Years of experience in Interaction design for Weband Mobile applications
• Handson expertise in using tools such as Abode XD, Photoshop, illustrator, Axure,Sketch
• Proficiencywith UX design process, Lean UX methodologies will make valuable contributions
• Knowledgewith HTML, CSS and JavaScript and Certifications in Interaction Design, UXdesign or Human computer Interaction is an advantage.
• Possessexcellent facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills will makevaluable contributions.
