Job Description

Collaboration & Quality Implementation: Work closely with agile teams to coach and enforce quality and compliance measures, defining and approving Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
Continuous Quality Assessment: Conduct ongoing quality assessments, collaborating with release management to identify risks early, monitored via an online Quality Health Check (Jira ALM-based).
Verification & Validation: Provide independent verification to ensure execution and efficiency of quality measures within the Agile Release Train.
Quality Assessment & Release Recommendation: Compile team feedback into a quality assessment and formulate release recommendations based on risk analysis.
Lean Agile Process Support: Assist PLM Process Managers in defining and refining Lean Agile processes, ensuring compliance and audit-proof documentation.
Process Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to defined procedures, verifying their suitability for Agile Release Train requirements.
Retrospectives & Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospectives, gathering and implementing lessons learned to enhance quality.
Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing, collaborating with development teams to resolve defects.
Quality Assurance & Standards: Establish QA best practices, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Transparency & Reporting: Ensure real-time test reporting, maintain thorough documentation, and implement robust issue tracking.
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing: Promote transparency in testing processes, provide feedback loops, and foster continuous improvement in an international team.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable field of study
10 -16 years of experience in software development & engineering with in-depth knowledge of software quality assurance practices
Experience with automated testing tools (eg, Selenium, Squish, Cypress, LoadRunner, Podman, JMeter).
Highly experienced in functional and non-functional testing
Basic understanding of cloud architecture and technologies (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, APIs, IAM)
Experience in (agile) project management via JIRA/Confluence
Knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Substantial experience in process/ program/project management or an equivalent operational role.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets.
Expert knowledge in Quality Management & Business Process Management
Advanced knowledge in Audits Reviews and Assessments
Advanced knowledge in normative and regulatory driven integrated management systems as well as in standards like ISO9001, ISO27001
strong communication, moderations and presentations skills
Analytic strength paired with advanced method and tool competence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving and conflict-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are used to working agilely and independently in an international team and communicate authoritatively in English.
