Job Description
- Designing and developing new tools and dashboards using BI tools e.g. , Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau. Definition and implementation of data models and reporting techniques.
- Developing new tools to support business analysis and improve existing workflows.
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Developing and maintaining database, and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format. Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data. Generate useful business reports. Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Identify and recommend new cost-effective measures by streamlining business processes. Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Working on Processes improvements, process structuring and optimization. Lead workshops and meetings with our international team to clarify requirements and discuss possible solutions.
- We dont need superheroes, just super minds. You have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Analytics, Engineering or Statistics.
- Experience of 4 to 6 years as a business analyst for projects /Business/Organization. Highly proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI). Highly proficient with SQL and analytical tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, DBeaver) in a professional environment. Proficient with data modeling. You have an interest in working with different tools to implement project-specific data and documentation.
- Able to develop algorithms suiting business applications.
- You have experience in reading and understanding technical requirements.
- Your knowledge of processes and interpersonal skills to work with different departments will be important.
- You are willing to work as a team member in complex international projects/Business environment.
- Good to have Knowledge of SharePoint integration/ development. Weve got quite a lot to offer. How about you. This role is based in Pune.
