Job Description
- Proactively engage with Business to get the inputs on customer & contract details. Use remote telephone communication to interact with customers.
- Prepare & share the AMC contracts offering as per requirement ensuring all approvals are in place from business.
- Initiate calls with customer and other pursuit strategies for negotiation for all contracts.
- Systematically follow-up for customer inputs and orders to have timely renewals.
- 100% compliance to the process defined already by the business or any new change communicated in future.
- Fearless in calling & following up with customers for orders.
- Works well on a team and has strong communication skills.
- Highly organized and can manage a large volume of contracts proposals.
- Bachelor s Degree/ Diploma in technical domain is preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of business development or pre-sales-related experience.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
