Qualification : B.E In Electronic Engineering or Electronic Telecommunication
Experience : 5-7 year
1) Sourcing, Negotiations Procurement of commodities which include Sheet Metal, Stamped components, Plastic parts, electronics, Metal parts, Electrical Bought out components, Indirect materials, etc.
2) To execute Strategic Purchase topics- Implement Procurement activities to ensure procurement of items of right quality, quantity at competitive price levels aligned to long term plans within the framework of company guidelines and in line with directives given by Group Leader.
3) Support the implementation of specific strategies like cost reduction, capacity augmentation etc. in line with the planned objectives and goals of individual BU to achieve business targets.
4) Material cost Reduction and Control- Identification and expediting cost reduction
measures.
5) Supplier strategy, Bottom up costing, Negotiation Vendor Management - To re-evaluate existing vendors develop alternate sources.
6) Cost optimization New Vendor Development.
7) Establishing managing Rate/Frame contracts with the vendors as per the guidelines.
8) Monitoring supplier performance ensuring on time delivery.
9) Effective use of E- Sourcing , Pooling of commodity
10) Managing the function as per local and SAG guideline
11) Cost negotiation / finalization / QES / Frame Agreements/costing release.
12) Make or Buy decision ,localization of parts /sub assemblies.
